‘I have always had a burning desire to understand how the universe works, the meaning of life, the meaning and purpose of my existence. Looking back, I realize that most of my life is devoted to searching for truth and understanding. Eastern philosophy, diplomacy, and psychology have always been my fields of interest. I have practiced yoga and meditation and found that they help me feel more inner balance, relaxation, and inner harmony. The life I live now represents a peculiar personal venture, spreading and presenting an extremely complex matter, a fulfilled life, which I do not even pretend to understand fully. But through education, practice, curiosity, travel, and working with people, I realized some important things: I learned the basics of yoga practice and philosophy, diplomacy, psychodynamic life coaching, and other techniques by which I help myself and other people to start and persist on the path of personal transformation’.
