Our six-bedroom villa – painstakingly renovated to mirror the tradition and heritage of the area – provides unimpeded views across the glittering red rooftops of Perast and out on to the cool water of the bay, where it is not an unusual sight to see dolphins playing (though relaxed yacht owners playing are arguably a little more common!).
Walking straight out of the door provides the opportunity to explore the wonderful town of Perast, winding through beautiful cobbled streets lined with pristine examples of Baroque architecture.
As a UNESCO site that dates back to the Venetian times of the 15th century, Perast is located on the convergence of the Kotor and Risan bays. The unspoilt natural backdrop of the St. Elijah mountain backdrop is complimented by the mark of history – to be found particularly in Perast’s two most defining symbols, the islands of St. George and Our Lady of the Rocks, home to the mystical and spiritual Benedictine monastery, graveyard, catholic church and museum.
Few other places offer the mysticism, magic and opportunity for relaxation and adventure – the perfect base for your Montenegrin escape.
