  • On the day of arrival, the villa will be ready for use no later than 4:00 PM. Late arrivals after 8:00 PM must be announced in advance.<\/li>
  • On the day of departure, guests should leave the villa by 10:00 AM so that the villa can be cleaned and prepared for the next guests.<\/li>
  • At the end of the stay, guests will return the keys\/cards in good condition.<\/li>
  • The time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM is quiet time. Please respect the peace during this period and avoid making noise.<\/li>
  • Pets (dogs, cats) are welcome with prior notice. Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool.<\/li>
  • Guests are responsible for their belongings and valuables left in the room\/villa, and the owner is not responsible for any loss.<\/li>
  • It is forbidden to throw trash in toilet bowls, sinks, and other places not intended for that purpose.<\/li>
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Smokers are requested not to throw cigarette butts around the house and to follow all fire prevention safety measures for their own safety.<\/li>
  • The owner may enter the premises while guests are absent if there is a reasonable suspicion that the property or belongings of the guests are in danger or if there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of house rules.<\/li>
  • Bringing weapons, explosives, and easily flammable materials is not allowed.<\/li>
  • In case of disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, or equipment of the room\/villa, the guest is obligated to inform the owner. If the disappearance or damage is due to the fault of the guest, the guest must compensate for the corresponding value.<\/li>
  • It is not allowed to move furniture between rooms and take out the interior equipment outside the house.<\/li>
  • Please handle the rented property with care, be sure to turn off electrical appliances, and close taps when leaving. When leaving, please close umbrellas and all doors and windows to prevent damage in case of storms, thunder, or wind gusts.<\/li>
  • The stay of guests who do not comply with the house rules and disturb the peace will be unconditionally canceled.
