Our young and very talented chef ,Nikola, has high-end dining experience and has a passion for showing guests all that Montenegro has to offer. Specialising particularly in seafood and fish dishes, Nikola crafts Montenegrin specialities with a modern twist, using seasonal and local ingredients packed full of flavour. On top of this, he will ensure that you are sent off energised every morning with a delicious continental breakfast, complete with full-bodied coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.
